Ilse is a fantastic massage therapist, and I've been to many over the years. The massage itself was both relaxing and eased my pain quite a bit, but afterward, Ilse discussed ways I could work on soothing my own pain in between massages, which is greatly appreciated. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
WONDERFUL MASSAGE! Ilse is extremely knowledgeable and provided a very safe and relaxing environment for my massage. She adjusts the massage to each individual and incorporates advanced techniques for optimal relaxation. My boyfriend and I left feeling rejuvenated. We will definitely be back next time we are in Windham.
