Doug and his team are great. It isn't an overstatement to say that they've made our new home livable. They were able to get rid of the very noticeable sulfur smell from the water, installed a UV light for peace of mind, and installed a dishwasher. Importantly, Doug is easy to work with and is an all around good guy.

Had a busted pipe somewhere in the house. I could hear it and point to the general direction but I had no idea how to access it. Doug arrived and I gave him some background as to what was happening and within 5 minutes he was in a crawl space that I didn't even know existed. After replacing the broken pipes he made sure pressure was good throughout, and then when we heard more running water, he went back into the crawl space to fix another broken pipe. I would expect most plumbers to be able to fix our problem, but Doug is just a really nice guy and professional. You can tell he knows his stuff but that he also enjoys what he does. I called last minute because my well line was leaking. Ted not only answered my call on Veterans Day but he also came and did the job. He also asked if I had anything else that needed his attention and he fixed the toilet in my laundry room too. Very professional. I won’t be calling anyone else but Ted from now on.
