Called at 10pm on a Sunday, they were here by 11. Responsive, professional, prepared. I was walked through every step as it was happening, and even recieved follow up texts. Every question I had was answered without ego, and explained clearly. I can’t wait for a contractor to ask “you got a plumber?” I FINALLY have an answer. Recommend 100%

I anticipated a tenant and I had two bathrooms to repair, including a leaking toilet and two sinks. Ted was able to come on rare days I was home from my job, proving he was responsive to my needs. He installed two vanities and a toilet I had prepurchased and drew my attention to the flaw in one of them. We worked around the problem and I had the work done in time for my tenant to move in.

Doc did a fantastic job replacing my pressure tank - everything is neat and tidy and works as it should. I particularly appreciated that he wrote out a very detailed scope of work, was easy to get in touch with on the phone and via text, and was just super professional. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber in the area.
