Absolutely exemplary in all aspect from first meet to last, information received, process, surgery, Dr. office and surgical office/team/surgery, etc. the closest thing to medical perfection 360 an individual can receive. I have both of my eyes taken care of, 10 years apart…consistently perfect.
Maybe this team can teach their skills to everyone serving the public in any capacity ?
Things are fast here, but not when it comes to hearing your story. I'm ADHD, OCD, and autistic. My communication is typically overly descriptive and repetitive. Despite that, I didn't have an issue here.
This has to be one of the best eye doctors in Saratoga county. The staff is super friendly. They explain in detail every step of the testing process. They answer all questions with knowledge. I been coming here for many years and it's always a great experience. Another year and another great eye exam. Well done Dr Zieker and Mr Clark.
