Meg was amazing and super knowledgeable, helped me immensely with severe sciatica pain with a massage and treatment tips. Saved my vacation! Very reasonably priced and great service, highly recommend.

I have driven by many times but finally decided to prioritize myself as I was in pain. Making an appointment went super smoothly! The space is clean, beautiful and inviting. The massage was really one of the best I have ever had (and I have been getting massages for about 20 years now!) Highly recommend this wonderful healing space!

Massage with Meg. As someone who does their best to stay active through the 9-5 weekdays and pushes it on weekends, my body definitely feels the wear and tear — especially as I get older. I take my fitness seriously and recovery through self-care has become a non-negotiable part of that. That’s where Meg comes in.
