I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon needing a last-minute bouquet for my wife, and they could not have been more helpful. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly kind, genuine, and welcoming. He took the time to put together a beautiful arrangement on short notice, and it came out absolutely stunning.
The bouquet was large, fresh, and exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work.

I cannot thank The Roslyn Florist—especially Elle—enough for going above and beyond to make my mother’s 89th birthday unforgettable. From the very first call, their kindness, patience, and thoughtful attention to every question I had were unmatched.
What truly moved me was their extraordinary commitment to making things right. After the nursing home damaged the first arrangement they delivered, my family was understandably upset. The Roslyn Florist had absolutely no obligation to intervene, especially during the extremely busy Mother’s Day week—yet they chose to create a second beautiful arrangement and deliver it again at no cost to my family.... read full review

Elle went over and beyond to make my grandmother’s 89th birthday special after my grandmother’s nursing home ruined her arrangement. Elle went out of her way to make sure that my grandmother received the arrangement that we ordered for her in the way it was supposed to be presented and for that we are extremely grateful.
