She uses wax, that works great on my sensitive skin, and I never have any issues. Amazing customer service. Got my eyebrows threaded and she did them perfect. She made sure to ask me if i wanted more taken off or leave them there and made sure the shape matched. I highly recommend this spot will be my go to place from now on.
