Went to different location which didn't do all 3 tests receptionist called to park club lane location got me appointment few days later I walked in and less then 5 mins they started my first ct 👍👍
I had a great experience at Western New York MRI. Everyone, from the tech to the appointment desk to the team delivering results, was incredibly efficient and friendly. The whole process was quick and smooth, and I appreciated how professional and nice everyone was. Highly recommend!
travelled from Canada due to extreme lengthy MRI wait times. Registration was simple, as everything had already been done over the phone the day before.
Once taken back, I expressed my anxiety about the MRI and was immediately reassured. The MRI techs/staff were incredible at keeping things light and calm.
I was given soft headphones to listen to music, was told to pick whatever genre I liked and they would play it for me during the test.
Once on the bed, I immediately closed my eyes to not see anything else (due to my own anxiety). I was rolled into the machine, and the tech held my hand and patted it to remind me that most of my body was still outside...read full review
