Walking in is always a nightmare!!!!! WAY TO MUCH PERFUME OR COLOGNE. I come in for my chronic migraines and this is very nauseating. Receptionist is so loud and rude. As a matter of fact most of the desk staff are. And why do I have to give my insurance card every time I come in??? How many copies are needed??? Hackers are everywhere. Dr Rayhill & Teresa are the best part of coming here. Well besides my migraine relief

I have written a review a couple times and they have been removed for obvious reasons they hate the truth. I wouldn’t trust my loved ones life with them. They only care about the paycheck .worst neurologists you’ll ever meet in ur life don’t care about keeping there appointment with patients. Dr Weinstock was the best doctor at UBMD and cared about his patients. Unlike other doctors in this place DR ping li and Glover shouldn’t really be allowed to be providers for people especially the epilepsy field. IF YOU CANT LISTEN TO UR PATIENT ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WANT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER PROVIDER YOU SHOULD LEGALLY BE HELD LIABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PATIENT WITH SEZIURES... read full review

I was unfortunately referred to this God Awful place in August 2023. I began having stroke symptoms at work and was transferred to Buffalo General Hospital, the hospital affiliated with UB Neurology. I was admitted, being told I had a TIA. (Discharge papers contain same diagnosis). Follow up appointment with PCP, was told it was "anxiety". After a month, I finally got an appointment at Williamsville location with NP Maggie Ziebold. First appointment, fine. Ordered MRI, took another month to get. Took forever for results.
