When I first booked (last minute through their website), Kelly let me know that the services I wanted would take time. I was rescheduled based on my availability.
The street parking was a bit hectic so I ended up in a public lot. The signage was helpful as it was my first time going to this salon. It was dark coming up the stairs but Kelly and the other hairdresser fixed the lights while I was in a chair.
Kelly was welcoming, offered me a drink, and began a consultation right away. Kelly was honest about not being able to achieve the highlights I wanted in a single session (going from black to a bright silver).

Becky is amazing . I was hating how old i was feeling each time I looked in the mirror. She transformed my hair and the Grey blending looks fabulous. She understands facial architecture and color theory better than most. Highly recommend!
I wasn't depressed, I just hadn't been to Tonic Salon yet. I loved the experience! When I saw Kaylai, I knew she was the right person for my bob haircut and that she would easily understand what I wanted. This will definitely be my go-to salon from now on, and the price is amazingly good!
