If I could give no starts I would. Karl did my radon testing months ago. I have contacted him multiple times to send me over the report and have yet to receive it. Don’t waste your money he is a complete scam.

Karl installed a radon mitigation system for us in 2019. It took months for him to finish the job. He always forgot parts and did not show up to several scheduled visits. Once he finally finished the work, he ran a test and our radon levels were still higher than the recommended limit. He told us to run a long term test, when I received the high results I let him know and he told me he retired early. I just got off the phone with a new contractor and he told me he's corrected many of Karl's jobs. Do not work with Karl or Radonaire, what a complete waste of time and money.

We purchased our radon unit in 2004 mainly because of the lifetime warranty that came with it. The unit was installed and tested and worked beautifully for over 10 years at which time the fan became noisy. We contacted Karl at Radonaire and he promptly replaced the unit free of charge. After another loud fan about 10 years later, same problem. He returned again and replaced the unit free of charge again. Noisy fan again 2020, and again totally free of charge he replaced the unit. Absolutely would recommend them mainly because of the free lifetime service. Great investment.
