“Carole has been cutting & coloring my hair for at least 15 years. She just joined the Beautyquest team within the last year and I love her new location. It's convenient, plenty of free parking and the building is accessible (one level, no steps to get in). There is also a unisex bathroom right off the lobby/welcome area. The space is bright and open and no chemical smell. Carol has her hair station near the nail tables (she does nails too!). We always discuss how my current style and color are working and what I'd like to do this time. She makes recommendations but always defers to my choices. There was one time I should have listened to her about my bangs, but I didn't, and luckily my bangs grew back pretty quickly LOL. She is a master of color and can tone down my highlights when the sun lightens them too much or lighten my hair when it's winter and I need a pick me up.
