The atmosphere in the spa is exactly what you would want out of a spa. Everyone was super nice/friendly and very accommodating. Sarah was excellent and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I received a gift card and scheduled a detoxifying facial and Swedish massage - my first visit to WHS and it was a very positive experience! The staff could not have been more pleasant or attentive. The facilities were very accommodating, pristine and comfortable. The esthetician, “T” who did my facial was very professional and knowledgeable and gently recommended products without a hard sell which I really appreciated. The massage therapist, Marissa immediately made me feel at ease, and was very skilled and thorough. It was a great way to relax and spend the afternoon. Looking forward to a return visit! Thanks so much!

Woodhouse Spa in Williamsville was the perfect sanctuary for a Friday morning escape after a long week.
My deep tissue massage with hot stones was amazing with Sarah R. I left feeling so much more relaxed and at peace. I’ve also had the Glacial Gloss Facial an advanced cryotherapy inspired treatment, which was wonderful as well. They seem to always be adding new and improved services to their menu.
The entire space is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Parking is easy with a free lot in the back. I was able to enter from there and make my way right in to check-in. They provide you with a locker and robe, and hot towel service for your hands. Sitting in the Quiet Room… read full review
