Sad state of affairs for this location. The mall is being worked on? And the interior of this place looks like it needs an overhaul as well. A few clearance sales throughout otherwise mostly overpriced.

I have to say my last few visits have been a very pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they actually ask how you are doing and if you need help. The selection of merchandise has been excellent and the prices are outstanding. In my opinion this is the best JC Penney in this area.
