Tom Cusack is a great teacher and he believes in all of his students. Rosemary was also, a pleasure to talk to and offer support throughout the course.Tom will teach you the ins and outs of real estate while keeping the material entertaining. He wants his students to succeed and his belief in your success will get you in a positive headspace.The Cusack Center is a must for anyone who is new to the real estate industry or wants to continue their education. Tom has years of experience and will instill an abundance of knowledge upon you.P.S. The videos are a big help!

It’s important to remember the following: any state course (if it’s good) that requires a NYS license will always teach you HOW TO PASS, NOT how to be the best real estate salesperson, etc…. Your boss and job will help you cultivate your craft. That being said: Tom is an amazing instructor. Listen to him now, hear him later. He will teach you ONLY what you need to know. Take my advice and watch the videos, and type up all the questions and answers he says on those videos and make yourself a study guide. I obtained my license within a month and a half. I passed both the class and state exam. TOM IS THE BEST. I will be going back for my associate broker course. Thanks...read full review
