Wonderful job! I went in to have a yearly check up and the staff and the doctor made sure they explained all the information fully. I had a more serious issue I needed to have sent to a specialist for and the doctor fully explained what is going on and recommended the best specialist and his receptionist took care of making a very speedy appointment for me. The doctor sat with me and shook my hand several times throughout my visit and made sure I understood and didn’t feel alone. I highly recommend Buffalo Optical to everyone!

I have , on multiple occasions, utilized the Williamsville site for replacement glasses and repairs. The manager is so nice, very professional and speedy to meet my needs. Remodeled office looks modern and nice. Parking is comvenient

I had my eye exam here due to my daughter’s high recommendation. She was absolutely correct. I was seen on time, and treated very professionally and courteously.
In addition to having a comfortable atmosphere my exam was great. Everything was explained fully by Dr Steve and all of my questions, that I had discussed at previous optical offices, were answered in terms that I understood.
I now have had my new glasses for several weeks and the post exam help I received from Cory has been perfect.
All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend this Practice!
