My mom has been coming here for years and I recently started coming. The staff is extremely kind and outgoing and the progress has been AMAZING. The laser does not hurt at all. I’ve had multiple areas done and love the results, staff is top notch. I strongly recommend coming here.

I have been coming to Buffalo Laser for many years. I can’t say enough good things about this business. Their knowledge base of their product is unparalleled! I love the new laser! I didn’t experience any pain. The technicians are so sweet and put your mind at ease. Everyone that we have worked with and encountered at Buffalo Laser Spa have been professional, courteous and accommodating! I have also brought my children here and they have already seen results. We are so happy here and highly recommend Buffalo Laser Spa!

I’m so glad that I found Buffalo Laser Spa. I cannot thank them enough. I had a lot of unwanted hair that I felt insecure about. After one laser hair removal treatment, I already noticed a difference. As soon as I walked through the door, I was made to feel very comfortable. The staff is highly professional, as well as, kind and attentive. I have recommended Buffalo Laser Spa to all my friends. Looking forward to my future treatments.

Don't waste your time or money, went for cool sculpting and was the biggest waste of money. Absolutely no results and I went in with buy one get one special and still feel like I was robbed.

To say that I am dissapointed would be a gross understatement. Please do NOT waste your money here. My dissatisfaction is not isolated only to my weight loss, or lack thereof, but more so and entirely the complete and blatant misrepresentation of the spa services. It is absolutely beyond acceptable for a technician to tell me that "maybe we should try another laser because this one gets more hot than the other one." I was told by Lynette that she would be in contact with me regarding my nutrition plan - I e-mailed her and I never once received a response, in 4 weeks of attending the "spa." Also, they "performed" the laser treatment on my arms and stomach, and never was I measured for my arms once. I was repeatedly told they would, and never did. The hours in the "workout room" stated they were open until 7pm Mon-Thur. I was told numerous times by the girls at the front desk that "if no one was there past 3 we just close." On a Saturday I attemped to get a 1:30 appointment (when your facility states you are open until 4) and I was told that their last appointment has already concluded. I had to leave my job early to get my sessions complete.

My husband warned me countless times of the unauthenticity of thr program but I felt that it was worth a shot because I heard it on the radio . I would go as far to say that this is a complete and utter scam and fraud that promises "simple results" while grossly misrepresenting the services provided. Not only did I not lose the weight promised, the "laser treament" was merely a mirage to basically be told "workout and eat better." Which I was already doing.. I came to the spa because I was struggling to loose the last few pounds that I wanted to. I tried contacting the owner Joe through email and phone with No response. Please, please do not waste your money here.

I was over charged 3x the consultation just means how much money can we get out of you, treatment was rushed compared to my experience at New Image Lazer Spa not far from this terrible place buffalo Lazer spa is a scaring experience litterly they didnt clean the area like New Image did or use any type of cooling to sooth the skin New Image used an ice pack before the area was tagreted and after and stopped irritation and pain, BUFFALO LAZER SPA HAS NO CLUE how to treat a high paying customer left my face highly irriatted to the point I passed out after both times, My experience with the new place left me thinking I can get through it and I was just robbed by these girls who don't show any knowledge to their job.
