In all honesty, I could write a book on how wonderful Alliance Veterinary Hospital is. Everyone — from the receptionist to the technicians and veterinarians — has been fantastic! They truly care about the well-being of our animals and made us feel good about the money we spent. At Alliance, you’re not just another number, and they’re not a money-hungry clinic. We’ve had both basic and emergency visits, and they’ve gone above and beyond every time. Even with a two-hour drive for us, I’m so glad we found them!

My dog has a chronic back strain and when I called for an appointment they said they could not see her until next week. I asked for a med to carry her to the appointment. Said well we haven’t seen her in almost a year (like wow, that’s good she is healthy). Said they would call back and here I am WAITING a day later…. If they didnt want to they still should have called! They don’t care about the dog, they care how they can line their pockets….

Went to our new vet with an emergency. Our dog was attacked and badly hurt. Everyone was so caring, attentive, and helpful. I would recommend Alliance to anyone needing a wonderful place for pet care.

Wonderful vets and vet techs, but the office support staff at the Main St location are extremely rude. Stick with the Lancaster location. ETA: the manager of the practice reached out to me to apologize for my experience and to get more details about what transpired. I added a couple of stars back because of this, and to also because of the staff at the Lancaster location, all of who do a great job and shouldn't be penalized for the bad behavior of what was, essentially, one person.

We had to put our 5 year old dog down on Monday. The vet and the technicians were all so sweet during a very difficult time. Both the Broadway and Main street locations always treated her great.
