I'm just tired of hack companies like this. Doing their line trimming for National Grid. Now had a direct conversation face to face with their rep. Told them I understand you have job to do just don't hack cut my 2 Betula Shag Bark River Clump trees. Just do a little blending and I'll be happy. Rep said no problem. And as the pictures show they hacked. He obviously didn't know I have a degree in Agronmy and Horticulture. Last time Nymo came thru they hacked a Rare Burgundy Leaf Seratted Betula, and killed it. Mind you I planted these at the recommended distance of the power wires. On top of all this they didn't ven come close to cleaning up the... read full review

Would give zero stars if I could.. watching these guys butcher 4 of our trees because of power lines running through. I understand it needs to be done, but they are taking far more than they have to. They also demolished a lilac bush. All they had to say about that was "Sorry, we didn't know it was important"... We are home! They could have asked us about it! Unreal.
