We were dealing with a respondent who had lived at an address for 10 years. We had sent registered mail there and it was accepted.The process servers were not able to serve the respondent there but they found the landlord's nephew who said that the respondent had moved about a year earlier. This sounded unreasonable to us and we figured that the process server had been tricked.Two weeks later we get forms from the respondent showing his new address. Turns out the postal worker was lying about delivering the registered mail and the the process servers were spot on! You guys rock!

I am a process server in Texas and as we all know that we rely on each other in other states to accomplish the mighty warrior of getting court documents to the parties involved to the legal proceedings.
