I really like visiting this office. The front desk staff is really sweet and attentive. Dr. Kelly is always pleasant to talk with and always responds to my phone calls. He does his best to help with whatever condition I’m seeing him for. I do wish that the physical therapy place below the office took my insurance, but that’s not a negative on the office. Wait times have also been very reasonable. Overall I highly recommend this practice.

I have been using this group for over 28 years. Dr John Kelly is the best there is anywhere. He is a great diagnostician and an awesome person. He's kind, caring considerate and never leaves the room till you are completely done asking questions and are comfortable with his answers. I moved to Phoenix a few years ago and have been through 7 primary care doctors here. The is not 1 that can hold a candle to Dr John Kelly. If you or anyone you know is in need of a great Doctor I would highly recommend him.

They have walk in hours Monday to Saturday and you can make an appointment. Great flexibility but if it gets crowded, there's a bit of a wait time. Overall better than going to urgent care. Like anywhere these days, give it some time to get medical forms filled out. Medical offices are insanely busy these days.
