Had my gel manicure done by one of the Korean ladies (not the one who sits directly behind the front desk) and she was SO rude. She rushed and finished my sloppy looking manicure in almost 15 minutes. I got a half-assed hand massage with the lotion and I had gel Polish stuck to the bottom of my fingers by the time she was finished. She never bothered to polish up with nail polish remover around or under my fingers. When she painted my first nail with the color I chose, I realized i didn't like it and asked to try a different color. Instead of providing good caring customer service, she replied with "when I asked you before what color you said white this is white." I told her yes, but I see how it looks and I'd like to change it. She rolled her eyes, proceeded to pick another color that fit the description I was looking for, began to paint my nails and never asked if this new color was what I was looking for. Not once did she ask how I thought it looked. Was looking for a relaxing self care moment but instead left stressed with a lousy manicure. Don't bother coming here especially if you're not a regular; they seem to treat their regular customers better than others.

Lexi always does my nails and she does an amazing job. She suggested me to do UV Gel and it was the best decision I made. It’s very clean and everyone is very nice. I recommend you ask for Lexi to do your nails you wont regret it.Services: Gel manicure

I went to various nail salons, but Donna Nail & Spa is the BEST NAIL SHOP EVER. Their designs are really DETAILED and really really really BEAUTIFUL!! ?? Also, people here are very friendly and nice!!Ps. They are always busy, so making appointment would save your time a lot. ?Service: Nail art
