This is hands down the best place for eyebrow services. Both the manager and Kusum are experts at making your brows look perfect and I’d love to add they listen to you! I have naturally uneven eyebrows which can be very difficult to work with. They are the ONLY ones who always shape them to flatter my face beautifully. I personally like my eyebrows thick but clean and only they can make it happen. After reading other reviews, yes they take their time, which I am glad they do; you don’t feel rushed. They want to ensure each customer is happy. Just for reference I commute from Astoria because I don’t trust anyone else with my brows.

I have been to this location as well as the one in College Point. I have had good experiences at both. Today, Sajida did my wax and threading. She was friendly and did a great job. Will definitely return.

Amazing staff and service.Male here who gets his eyebrows done, staff is friendly and efficient. Wish they would bring back the free 7th eyebrow though.In regards to the wait, if you call about 5 minutes and they say they’re empty they’re probably not lying, however this place has so many walk ins by the time you get there you may have to wait 20 minutes which isn’t a big deal for the service and price. That just speaks to the quality of service here.I go to the whitestone location and couldn’t recommend it enough.
