Aspire Threading Salon

I’ve been coming to see Kusum at Aspire for almost a decade for threading & waxing. She is incredibly gentle and dedicated to achieving perfect results for each customer. The long wait times are worth the quality of service you receive, as she and the other aestheticians take their time to ensure everyone is happy with the results. I’ve been to threading salons where they rush, causing both the thread and hairs to break which leads to not only an unpleasant experience but also brows that grow back/unkempt sooner . No one wants a botched or rushed job, so I appreciate these women for taking their time. Bonus: they use chocolate wax and it smells so yummy!

This is hands down the best place for eyebrow services. Both the manager and Kusum are experts at making your brows look perfect and I’d love to add they listen to you! I have naturally uneven eyebrows which can be very difficult to work with. They are the ONLY ones who always shape them to flatter my face beautifully. I personally like my eyebrows thick but clean and only they can make it happen. After reading other reviews, yes they take their time, which I am glad they do; you don’t feel rushed. They want to ensure each customer is happy. Just for reference I commute from Astoria because I don’t trust anyone else with my brows.

Amazing staff and service.Male here who gets his eyebrows done, staff is friendly and efficient. Wish they would bring back the free 7th eyebrow though. In regards to the wait, if you call about 5 minutes and they say they’re empty they’re probably not lying, however this place has so many walk ins by the time you get there you may have to wait 20 minutes which isn’t a big deal for the service and price. That just speaks to the quality of service here.I go to the whitestone location and couldn’t recommend it enough.
