Amazing staff and service.Male here who gets his eyebrows done, staff is friendly and efficient. Wish they would bring back the free 7th eyebrow though.In regards to the wait, if you call about 5 minutes and they say they’re empty they’re probably not lying, however this place has so many walk ins by the time you get there you may have to wait 20 minutes which isn’t a big deal for the service and price. That just speaks to the quality of service here.I go to the whitestone location and couldn’t recommend it enough.

My husband and I both get our eyebrows threaded here. Each and every time they are really meticulous and take their time. Even if there is a bit of a wait, I like how they don't rush because they want to be precise. They accept credit cards. There is plenty of street parking as well. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area

They did a super great job shaping my overgrown, shapeless brows. They were fast with each individual person, but it was super busy. 10 people ahead of me when I walked in, had to wait about 45 minutes. Still worth it.
