I initially went to RMPT for physical therapy to rehab a shoulder injury 5 years ago. Mike and Jake were great and helped me get back to swimming pain free. I transitioned to SPI’s athlete performance training and over the past 5 years the coaches have continued to make me individualized programs to help me perform at my highest level in the pool. SPI is the best!!
As a coach I have sent numerous athletes to RMPT. RMPT has taken all of my injured athletes whenever I call, no matter the time of day or how busy they are. Ryan and Mike treat everyone with a high level of concern and care. They get them from the sideline and back to competing their passion. They have gone above and beyond to get my HS athletes back to competing healthier and faster than anyone else in the area. New York Mills Cross-Country and Track & Field has nothing but love and gratitude for what RMPT has done for our programs.
