The lab staff themselves are fine but every time I come here with an appointment for my 1.5 year old we have to wait at least 30 minutes, once it was an hour which is unacceptable. My son has a condition that requires frequent lab work and it is not easy to wait with a small child.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this laboratory. The facility was noticeably dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a medical environment. Basic hygiene protocols seemed to be neglected, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized.
The staff were unprofessional—rushed, inattentive, and lacking courtesy. I didn’t feel safe or respected during my visit, and I left with serious concerns about the quality and reliability of their services. For a place handling sensitive medical testing, this level of carelessness is alarming.
