Excellent doctors , a little hard to communicate once you are not in office since you have to leave a message through a receptionist , overcharge for Covid test 180$, billing department is most irritating part, lying openly by saying that I have to speak to insurance about 180$ for Covid test charge .

Really depends on the department you go to and who you see. I have some great great dr's there, but have also have had some horrible ones, could have been dead a few times over but thanks to the good ones who caught onto what the others didn't, I'm still here. Oncology department at 3030, amazing. My Dr there, Dr. Mathew Weissler has been great, got answers from other Dr's when I couldn't, got the ball rolling in departments I couldn't get a response from, the staff is caring, and funny, and sweet. If I did t go there don't know where I would be today, probably not here by now. And kidney Dr. Dr. Blair in rye. Also a big shout out to him he probably saved my life last...read full review

This review is for urgent care. Would give zero stars if I could. The doctor created VERY DANGEROUS conditions for sick patients, which is exactly who visits an URGENT care. I waited for FOUR HOURS suffering with a fever, severe fatigue, body aches, and other symptoms. He took an egregious and unnecessary amount of time with each patient (I'm talking well over an hour and a half with no patients in the waiting room being called in). Shame on WestMed's management for allowing a doctor to treat sick patients like this!!!! Update: Despite pleading with them that congestion and a severe cough are not symptoms of strep, they completely missed that I had covid. Almost wound...read full review
