Excellent experience with the NYC showroom! I went in to look at a rug my daughter was interested in. Ivan was extremely helpful and gave me a swatch to take home. After receiving the rug we decided we needed the larger size and Ivan was instrumental in coordinating with customer service and making the exchange happen. Highly recommend Nordic Knots!
I've purchased 10 rugs from Nordic Knots and have been very happy with the modern styles, quality of materials (flatweave and jute), product availability, range of sizes, reasonable price points, and quick delivery. It's been challenging to find a rug company that works for my contemporary interior and checks all the boxes, but Nordic Knots has been the perfect fit. They fill a niche that few rug companies are able to meet and I expect them to explode in popularity as time passes.

Bought an absolutely stunning rug for our dining room. Several days later the edging started unravelling. Innocently I thought they would take it back to repair it. Instead a new one arrived 4 days later.
I am ordering another rig for LR today and runners after the holidays.
I would urge anyone shopping online to get samples as the photos do not clearly show the colors of the yarns.
