We were in the apartment in jersey city. The maids arrived at the end of their time frame (I was given a time frame of 9AM to 12:30PM.) They arrived around noon, and the two maids got to cleaning. The first maid did a terrible job at dusting the closets, so I pointed it out, and the second maid did what the first maid did not do. They cleaned the bathroom nicely, and the bedroom was extremely clean. I feel like the first maid did not do a good job, but the second maid was extremely good. She made up for what the first maid did not do. All in all, an OK service. (We paid for the move-in / move-out package with no additions.) The best way to describe Super Maids cleaning service is reliable. No mayter when we call, email or book they're there to fulfill our requests and answer our questions. Most cleaning services in white plains hardly even answer the phone. Yenny and Rene always clean our home better than we could ask for. Thanks a millions times
