Our family has been coming to these ladies forever. Only when we were separated by 2800 miles, did we look for another salon. We still travel from out of state , because we like them that much.
My former hair dresser closed and left no forwarding address. I went to Rio's and met the perfectly charming woman named Joy who looked at the picture of the haircut I wanted and executed it perfectly. This will be my new go-to place to get my hair done.
