Taylor is fantastic! I needed a shampoo, blow dry and flatiron and it turned out well. She also had some great recommendations on how to tone down the brassiness in my hair. I was in town for work and called the day prior for an appointment, and she was able to fit me in. Thank you!

Taylor did an awesome job on my balayage. The gradual color was so well done- so natural looking. I even made her take a pic for her social media. I was concerned about time since I have a baby at home but she had everything done so quickly! The receptionist/assistant also was super sweet and nice. I will definitely go back and am confident to go even blonder now.

Deanna is simply the best! It was my first time at Paulo's in Bedford and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Deanna did a beautiful job on my low lights and I'm so happy and impressed on how long it's lasted . Deanna has a sweet and sparkling personality so I highly recommend her. Don't hesitate, she's worth it, especially for us Blondes!

Sam is phenomenal. Hands down the best hair stylist I've ever had. She listens to the vision I have, and is able to expertly carry it out. She understands my annoyingly thin, curly hair and gives me the best haircut for it. I'm definitely going to keep going back to her.

I came in with platinum blonde hair that had two little blue spots, the point of the visit was to make the blue go away. Somehow the hairdresser turned my whole head yellow. I was not refunded one cent. Don't give them your money if you're not happy because you won't see it back after speaking with the owner

This salon is awesome- everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I felt like my opinion was really considered and valued, and Taylor took the time to consult with me about what I wanted done before jumping in with dye. I left feeling so positive and happy with my balayage color despite feeling awful about my hair color when I arrived. I highly recommend this salon!!!

I know hairdressers are not magicians or miracle workers, but Taylor always has me looking my best when she is finished. She chooses the color, cut and style which suits my face and personality! She works with the thickness and texture of your hair, and won't mislead you. She is also very responsive to any questions or ideas I have as well. She is my hair guru!!! Thank you Taylor! I have also sat in Sam's chair with equal results! The rest of the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They even remember how I drink my coffee! Jess is a doll and always ready to book appointments. Dani washes hair and gives you such a nice massage.
