Been going to New County Optical for about 5 years now for both sunglasses and prescription glasses. I usually go for the higher end frames and they always have great selection and quality stuff. What really made me want to leave this review was the customer service. I had a pair of Yves Saint Laurent glasses get damaged while playing basketball and thought I was basically out of luck. Scott over at New County Optical really went to bat for me and after a couple weeks was able to get me a brand new pair exactly how I originally ordered them with the blue light lenses and everything. I have been coming to County Optical by Optyx since I was 9, I’m 29 now. They truly are Westchester‘s finest! They never disappoint in every customer leaves happy. The team over there is doing something right to be in business for this long. God bless these guys!
