There is no 0 star otherwise I would choose 0, this is the worst accountant I’ve ever encountered. The IRS has fined me thousands of dollars because of her mistake! She’s also an extremely rude person and never answers the phone even if you’re her client! If you don’t want to lose your money, DO NOT hire her!
