I had scheduled my appointment for today arrived a little early, arrived at 11:40 am went to knock on the door no one was there. Wait at 12pm which was my appointment time and no one was there. Waiting till 12:49 and still nobody. I understand there are emergency, something always comes up. But a Courtesy call. This was my first curly cut appointment, was very disappointed.

This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I’ve had.
I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and clearly stated my appointment time upon arrival. At that moment, there was only one stylist working and two clients already in progress. One client had color processing and still required a wash and blow-dry. The other client’s hair straightening was not finished and still required a haircut.
Despite this, my appointment was booked for that time. I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and during those 20 minutes my service never began. By the end of the wait, the stylist was still actively working on the other clients.
The situation made it clear that the stylist had scheduled more clients than could reasonably be serviced, resulting in an appointment time that was not honored. There was no communication, no estimated wait time, and no acknowledgment of the delay.
I left after waiting because waiting 20+ minutes past an appointment time with zero progress is unacceptable. Appointment times should mean something.
I had a great experience at this salon years ago, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

Fatal! They do not have professionalism in the service nor do they respect appointments ?. I had different expectations. They canceled me twice, one of them they stood me up and I was notified that I was simply not going to be attended to, while I was there! Without any consideration or respect for my time and preference

After driving an hour to get to the salon, I was told upon arrival that Melissa was on her way. Forty minutes later, I was informed she wasn't coming in at all, despite receiving a confirmation email the day before. While I understand that emergencies happen, clients should be notified of cancellations in advance. I used to love the haircuts Melissa gave me, but I can no longer recommend this salon. It’s nearly impossible to get in contact with them via phone or email.

Disappointing Experience - Consistently Late and Unprofessional. I have given Milissa of La Isabella Hair Salon three chances to improve, but unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently negative. Milissa is notoriously late for appointments, often leaving clients waiting without any updates. When asked about the delays, she snaps at customers and fails to address the issue professionally. On my last visit, Milissa rushed through my haircut in just 5 minutes, and it was clear she didn't take the time to check her work. The 'curly style blow dry' was a joke. She gummed up my hair with a ton of product and through me under the hooded hair dryer. The final result was awful... uneven and far from the quality that I expect for the prices she chargest. In fact, I had to rewash and style my hair when I arrived home. Additionally, Milissa frequently double and triple books herself, leading to an overcrowded and chaotic salon environment. This lack of organization only adds to the overall frustration. I cannot recommend Milissa or this salon to anyone seeking a reliable and professional hair care experience. Don't waste your precious time or money.

I made an appointment for a specialized curly hair cut the other day at 4:00 pm and received both text and email confirmations and reminders about my appointment. I showed up to the salon and it was locked with all the lights off and nobody was inside. I called repeatedly and left voicemails explaining that I had an appointment for that day at 4. I also messaged the instagram account and attempted to use the chat available on the website. It has been three days since and I have yet to receive a response or any explanation. Since then, I have called each day and the phone rings until voicemail. Super unprofessional. I understand things happen but to not contact a customer in regards to their appointment for this long is insane.

The hair stylist are both Kind , knowledgeable and super respectful. I love both of my kids haircuts and they were so patient with the kids .
