I like the whole place. Some Nice people. Not perfect by any means. Nails and Ped. Not always perfectly shaped. They have no regard to their customers time. They keep them waiting all the time. They’re constantly trying to get you to spend more money and it gets very annoying at times. Sometimes they treat their customers like garbage. They keep apologizing and say they’re sorry but all they’re interested in. Is that Almighty dollar. I was told I was getting a cheaper price on a gel manicure and I found that I was paying more than any other shopping in Westchester. Have been going here for pedicures only. Took my nieces for mani/pedi’s for their long overdue birthday gifts . They took all 3 of us at the same time. And all was good until we were drying and I wanted to pay my bill. Gave the women my debit card and asked for change of a 20.00 , I gave one of them a tip and she went to the women who was charging my debit card to tell her what I gave her as a tip. When she returned with my debit card she was pointing to the tip recommendations at the bottom of the receipt and said you need to give us each a dollar more minimum is 15 %. Go here regularly. They usually do a great job, but many times the person doing my nails is rude and they try and sell you things that you didn’t ask for constantly. The length of complimentary massage with basic services varies between who you get. They do a good job overall and are clean, it just comes down to rude staff.Services: Manicures
