They never pick up the phone or respond to any messages. I think it’s time for a new staff because clearly the ones they have don’t care about mental health or safety of their patients. My daughter and I was being seen in Yonkers but recently transitioned to white plains it’s been 2 almost 3 months since we been put on the “wait” list

This is an amazing organization. They care about their clients and do their best to help them. The community has always benefited from this agency’s support. I’m very happy to be able to come here.
