A little over a month ago my dog had a horrible accident I rushed to CNY the entire staff was amazing! I was a mess ! They got in contact with Cornell and I was there shortly after my dog had to stay in Cornell for 9 long days and now has been going to CNY 2x a week for bandage changes the amount of compassion that they have shown my family has been amazing!

Thank you to Dr. Evan and Dr. Heather for taking such good care of Valentina and getting our singleton baby here safely by c section. He is almost 7 weeks now and doing great! The whole entire staff is wonderful and they have been nothing but caring and compassionate to our whole entire pack wether it’s an emergency or just basic check ups. We would not go anywhere else.

She was very attentive and compassionate when having to put our rescue, Sophie, to sleep. Very patient and thoroughly examined Sophie so we could make the right decision as to what was best for her - to no longer suffer from a multitude of issues that she had been suffering with at the time of adoption 3 yrs ago that seemed to just get worse as she aged. She was 9 at adoption.I'm glad at least the 3 years we had with her, she knew what love and warmth were. Dr. Heather made it easier for all of us and her staff that day were great!
