Well, I have a three year-old pug who needed to be spayed. Her name is Lily. I got her when she was a year old and the previous owner kept her in a crate for over 12 hours a day, which was very cruel. Not only does she have separation anxiety, but she also has territorial aggression because of the crate.
Well, I did not want to leave her overnight at the vet because I didn’t want her to think that she was being dumped off again. I actually think I had more anxiety than her. But unfortunately, I had no choice, It was for her own safety.

I have and still do take all my pets here. I have brought my 2 German shepherds, 8 cats, and 3 sugar gliders (which are exotic pets). My animals are not the easiest and have never had an issue bringing my animals there. They are the absolute best! I lost my dog, Lizzie, two weeks ago today. I picked up her ashes on Wednesday, and her paw print today. Lizzie was my last dog, having gotten her and Dixie as rescue dogs in 2013. Dixie passed away last year. Dr. Price and the staff at Clinton Pet Vet were always professional. They saved Lizzie’s life several times in the last almost 7 years. She had a chronic illness typical of her breed. It was sad to say good-bye to the staff today. I know they will continue to offer the best care for pets out there.
