We had a no-heat emergency and City Suburban came through with same-day service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and got our heat back on quickly. Pricing was fair and transparent, especially for an emergency call. Excellent service when we needed it most—highly recommend.

The installers and technicians are great. They are polite and knowledgeable but they consistently charge a lot of money to just not fix issues. Multiple times I've paid $150 for them to diagnose a problem and then $400+ for them to come back and replace a part that is supposed to fix said problem only to have the problem still persist and find out that the problem I am having is common, and that there is a simple and much cheaper fix. They replaced a $400 internal boiler part when all I needed was a new expansion tank, replaced a $150 part when a $20 air bleed canister was the issue, completely overpriced and lied to me about a tankless water heater installation quote (their quote was 2x the price of another reputable installer and they insisted that the unit they listed was the biggest rinnai had and it wasn't-I bought a bigger one from Lowe's and installed it myself for 1/4 of what they wanted to charge me and have had zero issues) etc etc. Things like this have happened multiple times and I have learned my lesson. I will not be calling them to service or troubleshoot anymore. I gave 3 stars because the techs they have are amazing and I get the impression that it is not the techs that are doing it willingly, but management pushing them to start with the most expensive solutions first and not the most likely one.

Connor, the tech that performed a maintenance service call yesterday on my 20-year old furnace, called when he was on his way, arrived within the time scheduled, was polite, and knowledgeable! There was no obnoxious sales job for things I didn't need. Instead, he told me about the work he performed, how the environment helps with the health of the furnace, and its overall status (which is good!). He was a pleasure, instilled a feeling of trust, and was a terrific representative for City Suburban.

Very happy with the service we received today on our Gas furnace and boiler. Great communication from the courtesy reminder call in the morning to the technician calling 20 minutes out. Our technician, Connor, was very polite and explained everything in great detail. Our furnace and boiler are on the older side but there was no upsell of products and services. Highly recommend City Suburban. I'm always looking for honest and fair service providers and the certainly checked all the boxes!
