I’ve been a patient of Dr Berke for 35 years. Not a frequent flyer for going to the doctor but when I do, I always receive excellent care and service. Called today with my health concerns and was given an appointment the same day!
I was somewhat new to the practice and needed treatment for chronic sinusitis. Unfortunately my go to antibiotic didn't do the trick and Mike tried another one that worked (thank goodness). I am impressed with the commitment to care by the team. Communication and response is top level. And I'm super satisfied with Dr. Berke's care and interest in how I feel about it.
I’ve been to numerous doctors in North East and I have never clicked well with any of them. Both of the Drs I have seen at the Westfield FHMS I have really liked. They make me feel comfortable and they really care about what’s going on. The nurses are great and so are the front desk people. The patient portal makes it so easy to make appts, ask questions and see all your information in one place. The facility is super clean and up to date. I am just really happy I found them when I really needed a new PCP.
