Adventure Horse Riding in NYS

It was me and a friend who both have a little prior experience with horses. We were so excited to try something that wasn’t your standard nose-to-tail horse ride. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! Mary makes sure you have adequate time to warm up with your horse and as long as you follow everything she tells you, you’ll do great. Even if you’re not the most confident, as long as you communicate to the horse that you are the leader (in a respectful way) the horse will eventually feel more comfortable with you. Mary was the sweetest teacher and a wonderful person to go out on a trail ride with. It was amazing nothing like a normal trail ride. wonderfully put together. She is very thoughtful, funny and kind. I would recommend her horseback riding adventure to anyone experienced or non experienced. Her horses are so nice! I rode Hercules he was a gentle giant. 5 stars all the way!!

Mary is an absolute spitfire of a gal, she isnt kidding when she says she teaches more about riding than any other place will. My friend and I had so much fun and we both really felt like we had walked away feeling so confident & relaxed all at the same time. Seriously you’d think being on a giant horse going up and down hills and in between trees would be scary, right? Wrong. When you have as great of a mentor/guide as Mary just encouraging you the whole time you feel empowered and determined!! Totally recommend booking her!
