“TechRunner IT was brought in to our company from a co-worker and I cannot say enough great things about them. We are a small business, so having in house IT is not an option. Our past experiences with off site IT was slow, unresponsive and hard to manage. Since I am the liason between the employees and the IT Support company, it was important that we have a well balanced relationship. TechRunner IT is that perfect relationship. They provide the support I need with little to no wait time. The people on the other end of the phone/computer are kind, supportive, knowledgable and offer assistance in any way possible. Most of all they have a lot of patience for the employees whom dont always know a lot about the computer they use daily. Five stars is not enough if I had an option I would give more. I highly reccomend TechRunner IT.”
