October 24, 2025: i went to Bootery and they told me $25 to fix the a zipper that came off my purse. I looked up this place and saw it had great reviews. I called and asked for price, he was very nice and said he need to see it in person. I went to the store and he looked at it and told me it was fixable and $15, he told me to sit down and he fixed it while having small talk with me. He was fast and put oil on it for it to be smooth with opening. Very nice man and fast and efficient and does many other things in the store. Go check him out! His name is Nisan, thank you again Sir!
My puppy got to my shoes (Clifton 10s) and took some chomps at the collar of it. I was certain I would need to purchase a new pair. I decided to test my luck here and I was not disappointed. He was very friendly, saw the issue and got straight to it. He hand sewn it and under 10mins was done with the repair.
