Had Carlos and his team over to do a smaller project - remove wall air conditions and redo interior and exterior walls. Even though it was smaller - they treated their work as if it was any other job. Carlos was responsive and beyond courteous. Without asking, him and his crew removed their shoes when entering my home (every time). They cleaned up every little item and took all the garbage. The work they did was great and they even found a solution to an item that I thought may have been problematic. Great experience and highly recommend.

I hired essential pro home improvement to replace my roof and few windows. A honest and fair contractor. He was easy to get in contact with to receive updates. Professional workmanship and Carlos the owner was always on site.

I had a new front storm door, custom sized kitchen window installed, back door frame replaced rotted wood, pieces of siding fixed and a piece of flashing attached. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them. Carlos workers were very professional and throughout each stage of the work they made sure I was pleased with what was being done.
