He clearly explained to me valuable things I should know about the house such as possible dangers from surrounding trees, the conditions of the chimney, the boiler, and the electric panel, and the possibility of installing central air conditioning, both during his inspection and later in a call he made to me a couple of days after I read his report. I especially appreciate his knowledge of houses, his patience in answering my questions, and his thoroughness.
