Immediate service, but used a lot of heat. I thought heat was just being given off the straightener but they burned my ear. If it was possible I’d upload a picture of it. They were very friendly but cut so much of my hair off as well..

They're so gentle with your hair especially when you have curly hair like me the products that they recommend absolutely save your hair I've had 11 surgeries and my girls I have never gone away because of the products that they recommended and I still straight in my hair till this day and I absolutely love the salon they are so nice and W wholesome and if you need to get off something off your chest this is the place to go to 10/10 Recommend

They used to be good at JUST hair but customer service was always TERRIBLE & they thought I didn’t speak Spanish so they were talking about me thinking I didn’t know what they were saying. There’s only one person in the shop at a time so one head at a time. It’s just terrible, surprised they’re still in business.
