Terrible! We waited over an hour to get glasses only to have Ann say that my daughter could not get glasses because she does not have her OWN membership, they change the policy every time you walk in the door. No one wants to help you at this Costco, never seen any thing like it!

I had to wait over an hour but honestly I didn’t mind. A lady named Lisa helped me and she was lovely. However, when I went to pick up my glasses. I pulled a number and waited. Finally my number was called and I was helped by a man named Devon. He was rude and very cold towards me and my mom. No smile, no warmth, just super cold and statue like. I felt so uncomfortable and like I was bothering him. I was too scared to say that the glasses felt too loose and its fall down my face. I did end up saying it was loose but he didn't do much to fix it. So I just left and I’ll just come back another day to get help. This Westbury location recently renovated their optical center.The eye exam team is amazing. Dr Steven Friedland is a delight. Quick and expert. Dr Eddie Li also great. Walk-in on a Friday afternoon, and there was no wait time as a returning customer. Doesn't take insurance fyi.The eyeglass / contact lens counter is just slammed, but bc employees are attentive and helpful. Pull a paper ticket number from the red thing at the counter's corner and then wait for them to shout your number. Don't lose the paper slip!For contact lens pickups, skip the wait, look for ADAM with your receipt/proof of pickup, he will get you the contacts asap, he says.
