I have been going to Value Vision for more years than I can remember . I have always been treated with respect . I love the new location and of course Madonna ( works there forever ) is one of the best . The doctor , Rebecca Polanski , is great and I am at ease going to her. She always answers my questions and she is very knowledgeable.

Have been going to Valu vision for many many years. Staff is pleasant. Showroom bright and neat with a huge selection of frames. In depth eye exam. Any questions I had were answered. Personal attention outstanding. Technician helps me with frame choice and she is always spot on. I depend on her expertise every time I have that choice to make. Don’t hesitate to go to this location……you will be happy you did.

As a first time patient I enjoyed my experience they took care of everything for me , I didn't have to worry about that new place paperwork anxiety, they took care of the paperwork. The staff was friendly kind and courteous and efficient even with my appointment time. I have not experienced this type of customer service in many years .
