Alec Beback came to repair my A/C and was helpful and gave me a reasonable price for the repair. Because my system was 18 years old I asked for a new A/C quote and Brian was there same day to price a unit to fit my house again at a resonable price. Best part next day delivery! The installation was more than expected from Auston and Scott and Auston's last words to me please call if I have any problems as explained total care of the unit and warranty. T-MARK should be proud of their employees and I know they are because it usually comes from the top down!
Seth was on time. Courteous and an expert in his field. Alleviated a lot of worry after a basement full of 6 inches of water the prior evening. Would definitely use T Mark plumbing in the future if the need arises. Also, the on call receptionist was a wonderful steward of the company and flexed appointments to accommodate us. Thank you.
