We have been with Synchronet since September of 2013, I have found them very professional. They are able to take care of most problems in a timely manner, and have helped us to slowly upgrade our systems which were a little behind the times when we started. They have not been pushy trying to get us to upgrade, they just keep me informed so I can prioritize our issues and solve them as our budget allow. I would recommend Synchronet to others
