We had 8 window replacements. The entire process was fantastic - our Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. We received regular, friendly and consistent communication from the office throughout the process. The installers were timely, professional, and friendly. Even though one window came in with the grids placed incorrectly, this was promptly corrected. The windows are great - and honestly, we couldn't be happier!
We had Joe Fiato come to our home (on time) showing us the patio design just as we wanted. We did not purchase it at this time. The time spent and the humble attitude and kindness shown to us, we will welcome anyone looking to update their porch call Patio enclosures first.

The installation process was extremely mindful of our home’s historic stone exterior and felt ‘custom’ in every way. Our utility bills are happier too!
